Technical support for UTWS1
Due to the limitations of the Qualcomm QCC3020 chip adopted by the UTWS1, although we have made a lot of improvements, there will still be a slight soft rustling background noise with high sensitivity earphones (above 105dB), which will be covered by music when playing music normally. 1.Does UTWS1 have a little high noise floor?
The design of UTWS1 has been improved for the noise and the noise is not obvious. However, due to the factors of bluetooth IC itself, and if your earphone is high sensitivity earphone, you may still hear a little noise, if you mind very much, you can listen to it before buying.
2.Why there are two channels' names displayed when UTWS1 is connected?
To make it easy to pair, either side of the earphone can be used as the pairing channel to connect to the phone. When pairinging with the mobile phone, you can click any L or R channel to work as the pairing channel to pair your phone, then the vice channel R or L will automatically pops up in your smartphone. At this time, clicking "agree" displays two channels' names, while clicking "reject" displays only one channel name (but loses the master-slave switching function). The left and right earphones can work as combination and individually( two devices), so we can see L/R channel names in the phone..
3.Can UTWS1 waterproof both the water and sweat?
UTWS1 circuit board uses nano waterproof coating and waterproof glue. The rain and sweat during use will not damage to the earphone. But for a better experience, we still recommend to keep it from the water and make it dry as soon as possible once it touches the water. If it is damaged by dropping into the water, we will not provide free service.
4.Both left and right earphones enter the pairing state, but the phone can only connect to one, the other cannot be paired?
When the left and right earphones enter the pairing state at the same time, only one of them needs to be connected. The other one can be automatically connected after being shut down and restarted, no need to enter the pairing state.
