    The headband pads are manufactured in soft velour material with a foam core.
    Including the "stopper" attachment clips

    Installing the New headband Pad:  Extend the headphones headband to fully (one side is Ok). Remove one end stopper clip (use a flat screwdriver, no worry if damage the old clip when a new clip will be installed). Slide out the old headband pad and in a similar way slide in the new headband pad. Install the new end stopper clip (the clip is wider than the opening slot, it may require bending the clip in a slight "u-shaped" profile or push the clip from one side, to pop in the slot). There are some youtube videos describing replacement, search "sennheiser hd380 headband"
