Description

Metrotech 810 set up with direct connects.
Both the transmitter and the receiver show the usual signs of field use.  Direct connects in good shape.

810 RF Line Tracer
offers both advanced and automatic features ensuring the best possible identification and tracing of continuous metallic pipe or cable, water and gas distribution lines, inductive locating and blind searching.
The high frequency signal is able to jump insulators and rubber gaskets found in water and gas systems.
Furthermore, the unit is designed to minimize electrical interference.

I tested the transmitter it locates well inducing from my electrical set up. I took apart and cleaned the battery case and replaced a batter clip to ensure no issues.
Receiver has been tested and gives a good reading in the mid 7-800's. It reads depth, but I cannot guarantee its accuracy. I was able to get a few readings that matched my other set up and my track, but am not certain it is always accurate.
Both sets come with a set of batteries
