This is one of the rarest woods in the world.  Over-harvested by traders in the 1800's and then intentionally pushed to near extinction by native Hawaiians, frustrated with being enslaved to log it,They pulled up every sapling they could find. These pieces don't have a lot of fragrance but do have some interesting subtle coloring's, air dried 3+years, some defect, see photos.
