Vintage 1940's Original Campbell's Soup Kid Horsman Composition 12" Doll
I found this doll in my mother's extensive doll collection.  She did not have any clothes on so I searched through all of mom's vintage clothes and found a cream t-shirt, white pantaloons and the baby faced flannel robe type item with a yellow ribbon (the face almost looks like the Campbell's kid).  She has a hand painted face with side glancing eyes.  She is not marked.  She is jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips.  Her shoes are molded and painted.  There are compo cracks, marks on the body, missing fingers and missing compo on her and on the shoes.  Also her neck is loose and head can be placed straight but does want to tip to the side.
