Vintage Horsman 82 CINDY? High Fashion Doll 17" Tall Rooted Hair 1950-960 Vinyl

Vintage Horsman 82 High Fashion Cindy? Doll, vinyl/ rubber.  Possibly 1950 -1960.  I think she may be a Cindy doll but not sure.
Standing on her toes she is about 17".  She is a high heel lady.  Green sleep eyes that open and close correctly.  Rooted hair.  Her arms are strung nicely.  I cannot pull the head out so I think she is flanged,
Horseman 82 on back of head.  A tag that came with her shows "Renee Ballerina Horsman 1955".  I can only verify the back of the head shows Horseman 82.  I could not find anything with Renee Ballerina Horsman.
Vinyl stuffed body, vinyl head (maybe rubber, head is soft) and jointed arms at shoulder and elbows.  She moves at the head, shoulders and elbows.  Her arms and legs are poseable.  High heels.  She has small marks on her and several pin size holes on her.
Her legs, body and head are all a little different color.  Head and lower legs are a little more yellow.
Green eyes open and close correctly.  Lashes on the eye lids and painted under the eye.
Hair is rooted and clean.  Ends are fuzzy and dry.
Her dress and underwear are vintage, stained and worn.  No tag on the dress.
