Vintage Horsman Doll 1959 Patti Play Pal Princess Peggy Walker

Beautiful marked 1959 Horsman doll - I believe these are her original shoes, but the dress is not originally hers.  Her arms need to be tightened, they are very loose.  I believe the rubber bands are just losing strength.
