Vivax Metrotech vLocPro2 VX204-1 Pipe & Cable Receiver Wand

Description

This is a Vivax Metrotech VX204-1 vLocPro2 Receiver Wand for use with Vivax-Metrotech Pipe & Cable locating systems. This is the receiver only - no transmitter included. Please validate compatibility prior to purchasing.
The unit can be powered by the included rechargeable battery or via 6 standard AA-Cell batteries (not included) for operation. I purchased a generic 6xAA battery holder for the unit as I did not have the original one that came with the unit

The unit powers on perfectly with a working display. Using the buttons on the unit I am able to view/change settings easily. The unit supports a LOT of frequencies, if you go into the setup menu you can enable/disable frequencies as you need so you can scroll through them on the main screen.  I tested the unit on power lines and it's working as intended.
A rechargeable battery is included although I do not have the charger, an alkaline battery holder is included which allows you to use standard AA batteries in the unit. All batteries are sold as-is.
