    Description

    This is a very hard to find Character faced 12" "Perthy" mechanical boy doll made by Horsman Co. in 1958. He was made so that his hair flys straight up when the back of his head is pushed and he works well.  Jointed at the neck, shoulder and hip, he is all good quality heavy vinyl, unusual inset glass eyes that never had lashes, a pug nose and a close mouthed smile.  His cheeks are nice and rosy.  No stains or problems. He is marked  Horsman on the back of the neck and the number 14 on his upper back.
    He wears pink and white cotton 2 pieced outfit that is original. There is a snap closure. No holes or tears and nice and clean.  He has on fluffy white and pink house slippers.
